"Surely not 'luxury"!"

Location was decent.

Communication, punctuality, missing soap, cleanliness, not being notified that hot water was not running. Before check in and after check out they communicated but once I checked in (the person responsible to let me in forgot we agreed to meet at 1 pm and I called 3 timed before they answered and another 10 mins to get there, a total of 25 mins after agreed time) the booking messages were ignored. Luxury is not a word I would use. Power sockets hang out the wall, the hot water problem, soap in the bathroom missing (I left them some), could use a bit of deep cleaning and not just surface. Same for the dishes, the bathtub curtain is improvised and pretty badly done etc
