La struttura rispecchia l'annuncio, è accogliente e curata, dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Consigliato a chi cerca un posticino decente senza spendere una fortuna e sa adattarsi.

Il palazzo in cui si trova l'appartamento è fatiscente e le aree comuni sono sporchissime. Inoltre, essendo nel quartiere della movida, nelle ore di punta è molto rumoroso.

La ubicación es excelente, instalaciones cómodas y limpias. Sin embargo el extra fué la atención de la anfitriona que aunque no la conocí personalmente, me envio información general de la ciudada, como transportarme, recomendaciones de restaurantes y lugares a visitar. Además estuvo al pendiente en todo momento 11 de 10 para ella.
