Urban Retreat Near Metro & Mega Mall

The location was great. The furniture and the white goods were a good idea but not maintaining anything, they go bananas - intentions were good when they did it

It was not clean Microwave was full of dirt, fridge the same, cutlery was a joke and dirty, carpet was dirty, the oven was unusable Communication was hard initially but improved They sent the cleaning staff in again and tried to send a plumber in to sort issues. Despite I left the flat for a whole day empty, till 10pm, the plumber didn't fix the massive leak from the toilet Balcony door not closing - I was told to push it harder Door handles broken for bathroom and living room (the only room in fact) Bathroom door not closing The towels from the previous guest were hanging wet on dryer There is no courtyard view - there is just a street behind and a carpark, easily to see it also on Google maps Hot water was a massive problem - initially I was told that's how it is in Bucharest... I was asked to get under the sink, stop communal water pipes and use the boiler after! Health and safety are not their concern at all. No blinds, all the light getting through in the morning

Absolut tot, toate cele necesare erau la dispoziție, curățenie, totul super fain.

Nu am nimic de reclamat.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută în acesta garsonieră. Totul a fost foarte curat, spațios și bine organizat, exact ca în poze. Patul și canapeaua au fost confortabile, iar garsoniera avea toate facilitățile necesare pentru un sejur relaxant. Locația este excelentă, aproape de magazine și mijloace de transport, într-o zonă liniștită. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă și a răspuns rapid la mesaje. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și cu siguranță am reveni. Recomand cu încredere!
