The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished and clean. It's equipped with all necessary facilities and air-conditioning. The owner was very nice, helpful and responsive to all our requests. He also prepared for some welcome gifts in a fridge. We can truly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Bucharest (the main city attractions and sights are located within a walking distance).

The stairway needs some renovation, but it's a beauty of many Romanian buildings. :)

the apartments look much better than in the photo. we liked the cleanliness, amenities, the location is great. there is a supermarket open 24 hours nearby, public transport stops are nearby.

It would be great to have another key.

Locație aproape de mijloacele de transport, centru si magazine. Curățenie, liniște, bucătăria dotată cu tot ce trebuie inclusiv cafea și dulciuri ,chiar si gheață de care am avut mare nevoie la cât a fost de cald afara ca in apartament fiecare cameră are aparat de aer condiționat, lenjeria impecabila și nu în ultimul rând gazda primitoare .

The apartment itself was okay.

The local area is not good, lots of graffiti, big puddle on the pavement outside, an ancient elevator and dark access corridor.

Great apartment and an excellent host! Tudor was extremely helpful and kind, both before and throughout our stay. He was always available and gave us very clear instructions via WhatsApp in advance, including the exact location of the apartment and how to access the keys. The apartment is about a 12–15 minute walk from Bucharest city center, though we mostly used Uber. The kitchen was fully equipped, with coffee and bottled water waiting for us in the fridge – a thoughtful touch. The hot water worked perfectly in both bathrooms, which is something we really appreciated. The place was spotless, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. The apartment can easily host up to 4 people – even the sofa is suitable for sleeping. WiFi was easy to connect to and worked well. One note: The building itself isn’t very appealing when you first enter – it doesn’t smell great and doesn’t look very well maintained. However, the apartment is completely different – clean, modern, cozy and warm inside. All in all, we had a great stay and truly appreciated both the comfort of the apartment and Tudor’s hospitality!

Very clean and comfortable. Everything worked well. Great condition.

No shower curtain or screen in main bathroom but fine to use the shower in the other bathroom.

Host was very proactive with check in instructions. The apartment is in a shabby looking area, but the apartment itself was modern, spacious and clean with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. The location was good with 3 mini markets just across the road and walkable to restaurants.

The kitchen sink, being lodged into a corner was difficult to access for use.
