Die Einzimmerwohnung ist für ein oder zwei Personen und ein kurzer Aufenthalt gut. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist 200 m vom Hochhaus, wo die Wohnung liegt, entfernt. Der Eingang ist videoüberwacht, man kommt mit einem Chip ins Haus rein. Die Klimaanlage ist gut und die Fenster haben Fliegengitter. Gutes WLAN, Fernseher.

Der Gasherd hat nicht funktioniert, als ich einige Male versucht hatte, die Vermieter zu erreichen, haben sich diese nicht gemeldet. Zum Glück gab es einen Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle. In der Küche war die Ausstattung sehr karg: jeweils 2 Gläser und Tassen, keine Töpfe oder Pfannen. Die Badewanne hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, der Waschbecken im Bad auch. Es gab lediglich 2 Badetücher, keine Handtücher.

The only positive of this place is the location - near to shops, food, public transport. The bed is actually comfortable, however if you move just an inch it creaks SO LOUDLY!

The place I booked advertised as having “a fully equipped kitchen”, however upon arrival, I found no pots or pans to cook with. Just one set of cutlery, some plates, a mug & a glass. I messaged the owners to ask about pots & pans to cook food with and they informed me: “There are no pots and pans....reason is that the gas is not working for a few weeks because they work in the area to change some pipes and things that are broken....”. I think that it is ridiculous & unfair that they did not inform me of this prior to my stay, as I chose an apartment specifically with cooking facilities. Spending money on eating out most days was not within my budget. The property also advertised that the host would meet me at the property to check in - they did not do this, and the property was very difficult to find. Luckily, my taxi driver was very helpful in finding the property, however this is another false advertisement. There were also many cockroaches in the property. Overall, I am dissatisfied with my stay, and feel victim to false advertisement. I would have booked elsewhere with working gas / ability to cook for myself. Also, the drains stink of sewage, and the lift is constantly broken, and there are no daily cleaning services as advertised either!

Din pacate am gasit un gandac mort in baie si dupa dulapiorul pentru pantofi. Chiar daca rezervarea a fost pe 3 zile am plecat din prima zi. Propietara cand i-am expus situatia mi-a spus ca poate gandaci au venit de la vecini iar cand i-am spus de returnarea banilor pentru restul sejurului n-a mai binevoit sa raspunda.
