The location was perfect for my interest. Nearby is a store and a restaurant. The parking is free from the municipality. The room was clean and the person who gave us the keys was nice and responsive

Someone who has stayed there before was smoking so the smell was bad even if we let the windows wide open for half a day the smell was still there

There were bed bugs and it wasn’t clean

looks like in the pictures the position of the apartment is good the gentleman who checks in is helpful

-for starters, if you want to talk to the owner day before check-in, call the number on the website, the owner answers, but in fact you have to talk to a lady (I guess from the agency), who doesn't answer for 2 days phone, when later you have to talk to another gentleman and check in with him -you have an espresso machine, but no capsules -without a garbage bag in the bin -without shampoo or shower gel -the water with which they had washed the floor for cleaning was left in the bucket on the balcony.. after 2 days it started to smell -the entrance door closes and opens very hard, it is possible that at some point it gets stuck -the smell of cigarettes is very strong, even it says that is a non smooking room -the exact address is different from the one on the website overall, it was an ok experience, but for the asking price and the luxury title, they still have a lot of work to do

Location

The host is very responsive and friendly and helped whenever needed. The apartment is perfect for a short stay, well equipped.

The kitchen could be upgraded with more accessories, e.g. a dish towel, an oven glove (you basically cannot use the oven because there’s nothing to take the hot things out of the oven). Moreover, we found the pan full with used oil and the oven tray dirty/sticky.
