Good location and facilities

The bed is messy and the property wasn’t properly cleaned

There is no free parking. While there are plenty of parking slots around the building, they are all paid and reserved for specific residents. This apartment does not come with a parking space. The owner told us that some spaces were not reserved, but that was a lie; we spoke to several neighbors who confirmed that every spot is privately owned. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment. The TV in the living room didn't have a remote, and the room itself looked chaotic - cables were running across the middle of the floor and the Wi-Fi routers were just lying on the ground. There was also a random 10-liter bottle of tap water left by the door. The furniture, including an old couch and 2-3 mismatched chairs, looked like it had been picked up for free from the a garage sale. The fridge was dirty, as were the kitchen cabinet doors and handles. As a result, we didn't use the kitchen at all. Only one set of towels was provided, and we even found a dirty towel left behind by previous guests. There was no shower gel, only a used piece of soap. After we checked out, we received a message clearly intended for the next guests. The owner was asking them to cancel their booking because the apartment couldn't be cleaned in time. We replied to let him know he had messaged the wrong person, but he never replied. I can only imagine the inconvenience the other guests faced.

When we arrived and wrote to the host he asked us to cancel the reservation because something was wrong with the apartment and that he was out of town and would not be able to accommodate us. We told him that we had nowhere else to stay and asked him to give us just the key so we could use only the bed. The host said we could check in as long as we didn't use the gas stove. The host told us where the key was and how to get it. When we entered the apartment everything was extremely dirty. There were dirty dishes in the sink and even the sheets on the bed were dirty. We wrote to the host again to ask where are the clean sheets and he told us that there were no other sheets and that we had to wash the dirty ones. In the evening we went for a walk and when we returned we saw that the front door of the building was locked and we didn't have a key for it. AGAIN we wrote to the host to ask him what to do. He told us to leave the key to the apartment in the box where we got it from and to leave. I explained to the host that our luggage was in the apartment and there was no way we leave it there. To which I received an answer that I had to ring the neighbors' doorbell until they opened the door for us. Also, there is no wifi in the apartment, there are no free parking spaces. The shower in the bathroom is broken and the sink is leaking. Also the lighting is very poor, the TV and air conditioning are not working. The host is frivolous, arrogant and at times even rude and disrespectful. This is the worst place we have ever stayed.

O mizerie de nedescris când am ajuns în locație, a trebuit sa așteptăm 4 ore pana sa făcut curățenie. Nu am avut cheie de întrare în bloc a trebuit sa sunam la vecini cu cât ca ni sa promis ca dimineața vom avea cheie.....per total un sejur ratat

Locatia foarte buna. Acces facil la mijloace de transport in comun. Apartamentul foarte ok. Destul de spatios.

Lipsa prosoapelor /pt cei care nu vin cu prosoapele dupa ei/. Lenjeria de pat cam veche....lasa senzatia ca nu ar fi spalata. Lipsa hartie igienica.
