"Good place for for one night sleep near the highway"

Good place near the highway, so it was good for one night sleepover while getting back to our home country

Maybe the description of this apartment could be better - because we didn't know that there will be other people in the garage zone, doing some sport exercises. It wouldn't be an issue if we knew this fact beforehand.
