The hosts are very nice and kind, we got a present a bottle of wine from Croatia. The house is very clean, there are all the necessary facilities, even bathrobes. The window view is amazing, the location is good.

The name of the booking is misleading, as actually this is not an apartment, but the second floor of the house. On the 1st floor, the hosts live, so there is a door entrance in the house, and your "apartment" is upstairs, not divided by any door..so there is a privacy issue. You feel like you are a guest in the hosts house, and at any moment, someone can enter. It is true that we were never disturbed, and everything went well, but taking into account the price, which was 150 per night, you can rent a whole house for less money in Zjabliak.

Very comfortable modern apartment with great views. Short walk into the town. The owners were lovely and very helpful

Excellent modern apartment, very spacious and super clean, incredible panorama view from the balcony. Very close is a natural park. The hosts were very kind and gave ideas for beautiful hikes, lakes and paths to explore, and suggestions for great local food. We had a great time!

"Clean, not the best in sense of comfort, privacy issue, overpriced!!!"

The space, that it was clean, the parking

Thete is a privacy issue at this place. The kitchen is not separated from the stairs who lead to the floor below where the hosts live. When you go out of the bath or the toilet you have to cross that kitchen on your way to the rooms. The shower is slippy, almost broke my bones. Noise when you open the light at the bath and at the toilet. Stairs without lift. You should take your luggages by yourself No sign where this place is located. No sign on the house itself. No instructions were given for how to get there. Not a walking distsnce from the city center. Poor comment was given by the host after we left. The host does not speak English. The WiFi did not work! Overpriced!! After we arrived to Kolicin we realized how poor is Zablijak. If we knew that ahead of time we would stsy at the Soa hotel or skip Zablijak at all. Giving this place a grade of 10 is very much misleading!!!
