Location, the presence of the old-fashioned oven as it reminded me of my childhood - that was a really nice touch.

Dangerously boiling hot water in the bathroom that left me with a big scar on my hand!! When I notified the owner and asked about how can the temperature be turned down, I felt like I was being held for stupid by being told that the right tap is always hot water and the left is cold. That is not the case in any of the countries and EVEN not in their own apartment kitchen - the cold water is the right tap. Nevertheless, being told to mix cold and hot to get a warm water rather than addressing the issue that the water was boiling hot and left me with a burn was not appreciated at all. I’ve sent a video of the visible burn on my hand, and I’m very lucky that it wasn’t my little child or my elderly in-laws that got burnt. I have noticed that someone else has left the same comment and I have made the owner aware. I hope they really do something about this! This is dangerous, and in any other country would be considered a serious offence. If the boiler can only be set at the temperature that makes the water be so hot, then I would strongly suggest that the host makes that visible to the guests by either sticking something on the tiles or notifying them about it at the point of check-in. I was also told that there is a red mark on the tap, but there isn’t. See the pictures for more information. Water was also hot in the shower. This was not the case in the kitchen. The bathroom was very outdated and not very clean - our bedroom was dusty, the bed frame was covered so I had to do a bit of a clean. There were a few other bits that we didn’t like, but in all honesty, this is not something in the house. Can’t do much about – things like noise coming from the street, or from the neighbours above or similar.

Spacious, very clean apartment with lots of natural light and two balconies that are ideal for drinking your first morning coffee. Kitchen equipped with dishes and other necessary utensils. Excellent location in the city center, near markets, cafes, restaurants, banks, post office... Fast internet, which meant for us because of work. The hosts are very helpful and kind. We felt at home. Recommendation, will be back again!

The location is excellent. The property owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and generally well furnished.

The facilities in the apartment were out of date and in need of replacement. 1. The kitchen faucet with exposed pipes and bad water current. 2. The shower doors are loose and are very hard to close. So it leaks out of the shower compartment. 3. The hand held shower is not very good and sometimes splashes water from the top. 4. The toilet does not flush well and is old and with an improvised handle. 5. There is an antique oven in the kitchen and it had cigarette buds in it 6. Some of the pillows smelled a little bit of cigarette smoke In addition the building parking can’t be used because it is in a place that people block (we were stuck for 60 minutes in the morning) and the free street parking is crowded and hard to find though it is close. Also important to know that it is 2.5 stories above ground floor without an elevator.
