Villa Kim

Stunning view, very helpful and client oriented owner, cleaning was excellent and the cleaning lady helped us with heavy suitcases up the very steep stairs. The villa had everything we needed and the owner provided a few extra things. The location is so that you can easily reach it by bus or water taxi. Two excellent beaches nearby. Also worth mentioning that the location is far from the hustle of the city and full of greenery so you get to rest. Can’t praise the villa enough.

la sistemazione è una delle migliori in cui sia stata, ci tornerò sicuramente se torno a Skiathos. La proprietariea è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, la camera era bella curata e pulita, in una posizione ottima con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Vicinissimo al'albergo c'è una fermata dell'autobus, comodo per andare ovunque e principale mezzo di stasporto dell'isola. E' stato un soggiorno confortevole e ottimale. 10/10

aggiungerei una macchinetta del caffe con delle cialde, se proprio devo consigliare qualcosa, ma per il resto era perfetto così com'era.

Super kind, helpful and flexible host. Clean, well-equipped studio with an amazing view of the sea. Good location - close to the bus stop. Good wifi.

Gute und ruhige Lage mit schöner Sicht aufs Meer. Das Studio ist gut ausgerüstet und Kim sehr aufmerksam und stets gut erreichbar. Man merkt, dass ihr das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wer gut zu Fuss ist, erreicht den Strand in wenigen Minuten. Das Meer ist traumhaft schön und es hat einige Tavernas. Wir haben einen Quad gemietet und haben so die Insel entdeckt.

Nicht negatives

Kim hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und gute Tipps für Restaurants und Freizeitgestaltung gegeben. Sehr schönes sauberes Apartment mit toller Terrasse und tollem Blick über die Bucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Der Straßenlärm war bei offenem Fenster nicht zu überhören.

Nothing. It would be nice to have a small espresso machine.

Mrs. Harper hat uns gleich bei Ankunft freundlich empfangen. Das Apartment hat unsere Wünsche übertroffen!!! Sehr sauber, sehr komfortabel - man fühlt sich wie in einem 5* Hotel. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar!!!! Die 2 getrennten Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder erleichtert vieles bei 4 Personen.

Es gab leider keine Filter Kaffeemaschine im Apartment Also mussten wir improvisieren
