Beautiful apartment, very clean, comfortable beds and amazing views from the terrace. Kim is very friendly and helpful. I hope we'll be back.

Posizione molto comoda, ottima pulizia quotidiana, casa molto confortevole con due bagni e una grande terrazza vista mare.

Anche se la villa è sulla strada principale non è segnalata e quindi è stato un po’ difficile trovarla arrivando di sera

Views were excellent from well furnished balcony. Kim had arranged taxi to meet us at the airport. Quality cooking facilities and plenty of crockery. Change of linen and towels 3 times in a week. Printed flight details for us at no cost.

The best vacation experience of my life!!!! Kim of ‘Villa Kim’ was the most gracious, kind, and hospitable host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She had plenty of recommendations for things to do on the island of Skiathos, and very quickly made us feel like a part of the family! Housekeeping was quick and efficient, beds were super comfortable, there is a well set up little kitchenette to make some meals for yourself, or take the 4 minute walk down to the beach and there is plenty of amazing food and drink options within minutes of the Villa. I am seriously going to come back to the island in a few years just to stay at this villa and see Kim again, it was genuinely that amazing of an experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. If you have any plans to stay in Skiathos, you MUST speak to Kim of ‘Villa Kim’ and make a reservation, I promise you it will be the best hotel/villa experience of your life! Super Aussicht, sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Kim ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort um alle Anliegen. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Heel fijne locatie, erg veel rust! Met circa 5 minuten rijden ben je bij het centrum. Het appartement was erg schoon, netjes, heeft een heerlijk balkon en prachtig uitzicht! We konden al voor de officiële inchecken mogelijkheid komen en Kim reageert heel snel op eventuele vragen.

Helemaal niks! Heerlijke locatie, er is alleen vrijwel niks meer open vanaf de tweede week in oktober. In de stad zelf zijn wel nog wat zaken open.

Wonderful large well-equipped studio with a beautiful sea view! Kim was really helpful, making sure we didn't need anything. She even very kindly offered to drop us to the supermarket and a monastery for our hike, buses were not running there anymore as the low season had started.
