Minimal paperwork for check in and check out

Very poorly maintained apartment. Very dirty. No housekeeping during the stay. I had paid an advance of 30% before I reached Goa but the staff refused to allow us to stay until the full balance amount was paid upfront. I was continuously getting a server error from my Bank and I asked them to wait until morning, but they took me to an ATM at 3 am to withdraw cash. Moreover they took a deposit from me which was never mentioned during booking. Will never go back there again and will not suggest this to anyone!!!

Poor service,staff though didn't do much staff had an attitude that the apartment is full bcz it is good..they don't understand that people could not care less to give any feedback..poorly maintained in the washroom, furniture..only point is it had space to accommodate a family with 2 bedrooms

Had an amazing stay. Spacious 3 BHK flat with all facilities. Amazing view of Cable Bridge from the balcony. Polite care taker.

No service, no facility, bad very bad staff bahaviour. Not recommended to all.
