Dolphin service apptment

The location was very close to the beach. Other than that nothing was good.

The very name Dolphin service apt was not there anywhere. Only one room had an ac, which was in very bad condition. No kitchen facilities. When asked about it, they told me to pay Rs.500/ per day as rent for gas and utensils. They didn't even provide glass or plates. No drinking water. No warm water for bathing. Gave me an electrical coil which I didn't use.

1) I stayed for 4 days- after request a cleaning staff came for room cleaning 2) Towels provided were worst and damaged in condition 3) Bathroom was unhygienic 4) Not even tea and coffee was there 5) No kitchen setup was provided 6) Bed sheets and foot mats were not changed Overall it was a pathetic setup which has really given a reputational loss to booking.com

Only good thing was they arranged pic up service from church to hotel (400m) and helper boy was good

We booked 2 separate rooms but only 1 bhk room where they provided us with 2 beds, one in the room and another in the hall.Ac was only available in the room & not in the hall. There was only 1 Washroom which was inconvenience as we have to wait. Hot water was only in the morning and they provided us with the heating rod which was not safe at all. The amenities bedsheet and blanket was not properly washed it was smelly. Bath towel 2 for 4 people and we asked for 2 more they asked extra money which was strange. Also they provided non working tv and they asked for 1000 rs as a security deposit which was not listed on booking.com.
