Вчасно зателефонували, обговорили деталі заселення. Ми запізнювались, нас почекали і без проблем поселили пізніше зазначеного часу

I wish I could rate it more than 10/10. The apartment is AMAZING!!! Not only it's beautiful and stylish, but also it's cosy and homey. There's literally anything you might need for your comfort: coffee, pods for the dishwasher, quality towels (not the cheap shit), slippers, beautiful tableware etc. When you stay at booking apartments you don't really expect all these nice details that make you feel at home. I loved the fact that the bed is quite nice and there're dark curtains, so I slept really well! What was super nice: the host let me move in earlier and also offered to bring a power station during the power outage.

The overall experience was great. The apartment exceeded my expectations — not only was it beautiful and creatively designed (a real experience in itself, with so many thoughtful details that I loved), but it was also very comfortable, warm, and cozy. It’s one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. The host was also exceptional, very nice. I would definitely come back.

Nothing to be honest - everything was great

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center, a short walking distance from the pedestrian area with all the fun stuff. I liked that they had a kitchen, which is convenient for longer stays. The rooms were well-equipped and the personnel was great, always ready to help.

Not ideally clean

Лише позитивні враження: вдале розташування, у апартаментах чисто і дуже атмосферно - одразу видно, що створено творчими людьми! Є різні необхідні дрібнички. Особливо порадували тепла підлога і кавоварка! А ще дуже гостинний і привітний хазяїн помешкання - зустрів при пізньому поселенні, все пояснив і був на зв'язку. Ми задоволені і будемо рекомендувати знайомим)
