Посуточно отличная квартира в центре

Простора зручна квартира із сучасним ремонтом. Є необхідна для тривалого перебування побутова техніка, техніка нова. Квартиру ретельно прибрали перед нашим заїздом. Доволі близько від центру, можна спокійно дістатися пішки за 15 хвилин.

Шкода, що деякі дрібні деталі в цій практично новій квартирі почали ламатися - ручка у між кімнатних дверей, плитка підлоги. У коридорі стирчали дроти зі стіни. Найбільш незручним був газовий котел - він періодично переставав гріти воду, потрібно було викликати адміністрацію помешкання.

First to mention - looks like the host has several units in the building and I was accommodated in another apartment, than the one in the photos (I didn't realize it right away, since was making a booking at the last moment and didn't remember, how the photos looked like, so didn't request to move me to the one I booked). Also, the one I was accommodated to has a lower rating on booking and worse reviews, than this one, so my review relates to the actual apartment I was living in. Otherwise, the arrival and communication at the beginning were smooth and I was allowed to check in earlier. The location is cca 15-20 min walk from the city center, which is not the best option considering the town is in general small, but completely manageable. There's a shop working non-stop next to the building. The apartment is in a closed building complex, which gives a feeling of better safety, is enough for a person or a couple to stay for a few days/a week, the mattress is comfortable (prefer the stiffer ones), has good air-conditioning (situated right in front of the bed, what didn't bother me though).

- CLEANLINESS! I travel quite a lot, usually trying not to book places under 8 rating and should say I was never accommodated in a place so messy - dirty tableware in the kitchen cabinets (fingerprints and lipstick on the glasses and cups, grease on the frying pan etc.), sink in the kitchen and taps in the bathroom, obviously weren't washed before my arrival, dirty spots in the shower, on the kitchen table and wardrobe (have no idea, how they got there), remains of the washing powder on the washing machine, hair in bathroom's drain, even the toilet was dirty, when I arrived (not going into details, but that's exactly what came up to your mind). I called the agent and asked the cleaning lady to come do the cleaning once again. Once arrived she cleaned the toilet, sink in the kitchen and the hair from the shower, but told it's the best that could be possibly done. Since I had to live in the apartment for the next week and there was no available accommodation elsewhere in the city, the same evening I went shopping, bought a few liquids, sponges, cleaning wipes and did the basic cleaning myself. - When I arrived the communication was smooth and fast. The day before check out I started writing to the host what is the checkout procedure and was never replied - no answer on booking, no answer on the phone number of the agent, who accommodated me (after I managed to reach him by the call he promised to call me back and never did). At the end I had to leave the keys on the table in the apartment and leave the door open. The tricky part is though - since the building complex has an entry gate, you can't get in or outside without a chip, which is part of the key set you get from the agent. I was lucky I was picked up by a friend, so I had to go to the entry gate of the complex, open the gate, ask the friend to hold it for me, then return to the apartment, leave the key and only after leave the property.
