Good location, near to Cambridge

We stayed at Clopton Courtyard for two nights as a family and overall had a good stay, though it didn’t quite reach the level we were expecting based on previous reviews. The barns are well presented and the setting is lovely, but they are positioned quite close together, and we did notice that noise travelled into the bedroom more than we would have liked. We were also contacted a few days before arrival to pay a dog fee, which hadn’t been clearly outlined at the time of booking. This wasn’t a problem in itself, but clearer upfront communication would have made things smoother. There were a few minor maintenance issues—such as loose kitchen drawers and a discoloured toilet seat—which slightly detracted from the overall finish. We also found there was very limited interaction during our stay. We reached out regarding a late check-out but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. Overall, this is a good place to stay and we did enjoy our visit, but with a bit more attention to detail and communication, it could easily match the high ratings it currently receives

Specious, beautifully decorated apartment in the wonderful location. Having everything you need for a lovely weekend away. Excellent combination with owner. Kids loved having large hot tub and fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Would definitely stay again when visiting Cambridge.

The farm, the buildings and the cottage itself were all stunning. Beautiful interior as well and very peaceful.
