Carmen Apartment

Location and size of apartment only.

On arrival there were 3 of us, unfortunately I had forgotten to change Booking to 3 from 2. On learning this host shouted at me and told me to get out! Terrible attitude. Happy to pay extra as we did but, shouting, come on. Anyway, apartment is large and very clearly seen better days. Needs painting, new crockery, new cutlery - only 2 dinner knives all others small, kitchen extractor fan broken and greasy, crockery chipped, footprints on bedroom wall, wall socket in lounge broken, cupboard handles missing, bracket on lounge blind falling off so didn't use it, cupboard laminate peeling off, 3 kitchen and 2 hallway spotlights not working, bedroom light flickers, toilet seat wrong one and ill fitting, pots and pans dirty and old with handles loose and fallen off - could only use 1 pan after cleaning thoroughly and the handle was missing, and so on. I have taken photos of all of this as evidence. = Total lack of maintenance/upkeep and for the price I expected better, much better. Seems, owners are taking the rent money and doing nothing to keep property facilities acceptable.

Net appartement op een uitstekende locatie. Host Adriana reageert heel snel en spreekt goed Engels.

Keukengerei mag wat uitgebreider. Kastdeur was stuk maar dat wist Adriana niet dus daar kan ze niets aan doen. Er is geen 2e badkamer. Wel een apart toilet.

Acabaram as ferias

- Ruim appartement. - De locatie is uitstekend. - Er kon probleemloos een bed worden bijgeplaatst. - Alle benodigde faciliteiten waren in het appartement aanwezig. - De gastheer en schoonmaker waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Gezien de omvang van de groep (7 personen), zou een extra badkamer een waardevolle toevoeging zijn. Hoewel de matrassen voor verbetering vatbaar zijn, zou ik deze accommodatie opnieuw overwegen, aangezien de ervaring over het algemeen positief was.

Very spacious and clean apartment located in the center of the old city. I could not imagine a better location for our stay within 10 min walk from all the major monuments you want to visit. We enjoyed very much our stay and will definetly be back. Thank you Carmen Apartments and thank you Maria for all your help!

The location is excellent, very central but on a side street with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets , and coffee shops.

The second bedroom is smaller. There were only two of us , so it wasn't a problem.
