Friendly staff, clean apartment, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The space was comfortable, and the property managers were incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist when needed.

Responsiveness, Communication, Efficient problem resolution, Location, Secure complex, View, Peaceful. The staff who tendered to the apartment provided excellent service i.e. Faghrie, Melissa, and Lindelwa.

The apartment is in need of a touch up - fading paint, marks and minor cracks on the wall, desk and chair needs replacing, curtains need to be replaced (major overhang makes it aesthetically displeasing to the eye, and also stained due to being dragged in the floor). The fitness centre in the building was underwhelming in that the equipment is in need of repair/servicing, and the flooring needs to be replaced or attended to.

Everything. The location was super. I was visiting the University and its very close. The receptionist, always smilling and knowledgeable, happy to help you and guide you through. The room, very clean, very strong wifi, the password is given in advance, a silent environment with a good view. Loved my stay there.
