Location is great. Access control is secure. The space of the rooms are comfortable and not too small.

The dishes were not all clean. The bed and especially the pillows are of poor and uncomfortable quality. The dustbin is exceptionally small and no one cleans it on a daily basis. Cleaning only done every 4 days, which is unsanitary and unacceptable for hotel standards. The Quarter Apartments literally spams you with messages and repeated information. The shower does not drain properly. The mirror light in the bathroom did not work. Never seen a stingy place like this on toilet paper. Maintenance is not a priority for the owner.
