Apartamento grande, muy limpio, bien cuidado y luminoso. Camas muy cómodas y bastante nuevas.

Solo 1 rollo de WC 🤣, compré más, demasiado caluroso al ser el ático. Solo 1 a/c que no llega a la habitación. Alguna aventura con algún insecto, nada a destacar.

Informed one week before the holiday that we had no access to the pool. The view from the balcony was horrendous. I have contacted booking.com on the customer service line to complain and forwarded photos. I was listened to but basically told that the issue was between me and the property owner. I will be contacting the owner but I do feel that bookings.com who I have used on many occasions has part blame with this situation. Bookings.com on their website of the Bellavista apartments has it advertised it as a pleasant looking holiday complex with a nice swimming pool. This might have been the case for some guests but if you stay in block A8 it doesn't remotely reflect what bookings.com has advertised couldn't be further from the truth. As a loyal bookings.com customer over the years who never had any complaints previously I am absolutely furious with this trip. I will be informing people about this apartment on social media. Absolute disgrace.

Very well equipped and clean throughout. Felt safe and loved access to the pool.

One of the duvet we got from the cupboard had a smell but we used it anyway. Also only one toilet roll provided.
