Very clean, great location, well equipped, good security with locking doors, dead bolts. Heating was good during cool nights.

The double bed should be replaced soon? We had some back & sleeping issues. Our last nights sleep was quite disrupted by the tenant on the level above us…talking loud, laughing, scraping floors with chair movements…Difficult for you to control, understandably. *Maybe add a noise limit after 11pm?

No breakfast provided

Given the wrong door code. No heating in the house when we arrived. It was cold and very damp. No welcome pack. The washing machine did not spin . The towels were thin small and shabby. The kitchen diner was small.

Everything Spotlessly clean Very well equipped apartment

Stayed in apartment with sun terrace and sun terrace was covered with a roof. Photos showed uncovered sun terrace
