We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this place. Everything was perfect – the accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and we felt welcome from the very first moment. A huge thank you to the hosts for their kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail. It truly made our stay special and relaxing. You can really feel how much care and heart goes into this place. We would absolutely love to come back and would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

It was a beautiful apartment—very spacious and open, with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, and there was a large living room as well as a great terrace/outdoor area. The pool was nice, and private parking was available. The area felt safe overall, and it was only a 5-minute drive to the Table Mountain Cableway.

We asked for no cleaning (we arrived in the evening and did not need the room cleaned the next morning), but this request was ignored and housekeeping came anyway. The main issue was that food from our kitchen table was taken and thrown away. In my view, food should never be discarded without asking—especially when guests have explicitly requested no cleaning. When I asked about it, I did not receive any explanation. The items were not expensive, but it was the only food we had. I was left with literally nothing to give the children for breakfast. I had planned to make pancakes, but the flour was thrown away, along with the oatmeal flakes and some sweets my daughter was saving for our flight home. I found this disrespectful and very upsetting. We also asked for a later checkout, but this was not possible—not even by 15–30 minutes. I understand if a later checkout cannot be accommodated, but the staff member was already there at 9:59, waiting, which made us feel very uncomfortable. With children and luggage, even a few extra minutes would have made the departure much less stressful. Finally, the pool was being cleaned from around 8:00 to 9:15 a.m., which meant we could not use it in the morning. Given the 10:00 checkout, this was really frustrating: we had planned to swim at 8:00, but we could not, and we also had no privacy outside while the cleaning was taking place. In this situation, pool cleaning should be scheduled after checkout.
