Excellent location on a quiet street right in the city centre next to a shopping mall, taxi rank etc. Fairly short walk to the beach. Nice, spacious, calm apartment. Special thanks for smooth communication.

The location of the apartment was great walking distance (10min stroll max) to both old town and new town - in a quiet residential area The apartment had everything you needed to be self catering on holidays - could comfortably sleep 4-6 people - local supermarket & taxi rank nearby and lovely sea view - great stay would book apartment again in future

Good points... Location right by Alburfiera terrace, Great views from the balcony, Nice pool but due to the time of year we didn't use it, WIFI, Initially the apartment seemed clean, Nice quiet location,

Bad points... Leak on the toilet which was eventually bodged with electical tape so still leaked,bathroom floor was flooded when we arrived but Jose said cleaners hadn't reported a problem, the part that was leaking could of cheaply and easily replaced in 5 minutes, Dirty mugs which we had to clean, Soap scum on shower screen which we had to clean, Poor drainage on shower which over flowed further flooding the floor, Seemed to have a leak under the shower that also flooded the floor, No heating when we arrived although owner didn't charge us the €3 a day for a fan heater but supplied it for free after we asked, Junk everywhere in cupboards and drawers, someone had mentioned it in January so we expected it to be cleared by March, Shutter doesn't go up so i had to duck everytime i used the balcony, 3 light bulbs not working, 3 plug sockets didnt work, Conclusion...

Not much, location is quite good

All the cupboards are full of junk and really dirty, the ones under the sinks are really dirty and stink. Dirty fridge and freezer, dirty sheet/blankets on sofa bed, dirty outside on the balcony. Could only keep the bedroom warm with the heater (which I had to keep asking for) the rest of the apartment was freezing cold

Home and balcony floors full of sand/ clutter, not enough toilet paper for 4 people staying in during 4 nights, smell of mold in the apartment, bidet licking water wetting the floor, washing machine available but no washing powder.

The location. The pool. It was very close to a supermarket. It was on the first floor so easy access. It was clean and spacious

The beds were slightly uncomfortable. The bidet leaked when it was used and the shower water would drain too slow so if you showered for long it would come out the shower and create a puddle

Full instructions were provided on how to enter the property. It was big enough for 3 of us to be comfortable. It had everything we needed and the balcony gets the sun all day.

The pool needed a clean but the pool area was maintained while we were there.
