Valletta Kursara Port View

Well, we didn't stay at the property as it was unhygienic, unsafe and unfit fot use. Someone forgot to change the linen from the prior guests, the bathroom hasn't experienced any thorough use of water and detergents since quite some time and just about everything (except one nice looking brick wall) is so substandard that the shock upon arrival is indescribable. I have been to Sierra Leone not long after the civil war was over and about every hotel I've stayed at there, was better maintained, equipped and cleaned than this place. The alleged "Port View" is a shared roof-top terrace and this terrace is in similar state than the apartment (total lack of due care by the ownership). Upon arrival, we were forced to find in the middle of the night another place to stay. This place should not be made available on booking.com and we still wait for our refund.

The location

Didn't have any essential amenities, like body wash or shampoo. The bathroom wasn't clean enough. The Wi-Fi didn't work. The fridge had food, and the towels were smelly.

It could of had a tea towel and dish cloth to enable us to wash up what we had used

Location was easy to walk to center for lots of restaurant-Bars & View from apartment roof was nice.. Good Balcony with lots of Windows . Nearby bus stops.

Part of the hair dryer was in apartment but whole dry wasn't there , maybe broke & needs to be replaced. A non slip shower mat needs to be in bathroom very slippery after it's wet. We thought the spa , was supposedly a hot tub but after turning it on & waiting 30-45 minutes we never got warm water to cold to enjoy in this weather.

Много добро местоположение в старата част на града! Ремонтиран апартамент, оборудван с основните съоръжения и прибори. Редовно бяха оставяни чисти кърпи, не толкова редовно бяха изхвърляни съдовете за отпадъци.

1. Желаех да оставя багажа си до момента на настаняване. Не получих инструкции за достъп до помещението, както ми беше съобщено в предварителната кореспонденция. След телефонно обаждане получих код, който не беше възможно да се набере на клавиатурата на външната врата. За моя радост туристка от по-долен етаж ни отвори и успяхме да оставим багажа си в помещението за съхранени на багаж. 2. В сайта на едно място беше изписано, че има електрическа кана, тостер (такъв нямаше), а на друго че има Машина за чай/кафе. В кухнята липсваше елементарна поставка за отцеждане на посудата, евентуално кърпа за подсушаване на приборите. 3. За банята е изписано, че има безплатни тоалетни принадлежности, а на практика имаше само дозатор за сапун за ръце. 4. Съществува „отдушник“ в горния ляв ъгъл над прозореца на спалната част, на който отдушник от външната страна липсва решетка и в пространството на отдушника се бяха настанили гълъби, които от ранна утрин вдигаха неимоверен шум. През вътрешната решетка се виждаха сиви материи, навярно перушина. По стената имаше следи от чехли, с които някой преди нас се беше опитвал да изгони самонастанилите се гълъби. Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé dans l’ensemble. Le personnel répond rapidement. Très facile d’accès.

Le ménage est proposé tous les jours, nous n’avons souhaité qu’il soit fait seulement une fois dans la semaine et même une fois il n’a pas été correctement effectué. Après le passage de la femme de ménage il y avait toujours des cheveux et des poussières au sol. (Voir photo). Nous avons également eu un soucis avec la douche, il n’y avait aucune pression, le problème a été signalé le mardi et malgré que le propriétaire nous ai répondu le problème n’a été réglé que le vendredi, obligé de se laver les cheveux avec les casseroles, c’est quand même pas normal je trouve.

The view was nice, but that is all unfortunately.

It was very dirty, a lot of hair on the sheets, pillows, in the shower and all over the apartment. There was visible mold on the upper part of the wall in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The “hot tub” which is on the description is not hot, it’s just cold water with bubbles. It’s misleading to call it a hot tub when the water isn’t hot.
