Dorric 005 NO Loadshedding

The apartment was in good location of CTN, view from the balcony was also perfect we loved and enjoyed our nearby outings, top notch

Some appliances were not working to our favor like your irons and a heater had a bit of malfunctioning, also there was no zinc stopper for daily dish washing where necessary

There was no breakfast.The place is very clean and cosy.We felt safe.Security Siphiwe very friendly and orientated us when we arrived.WIFI worked perfectly.

The directions of the gate to access the property were unclear. It was a picture of the fence but the property had 4 similar looking gates to the picture and Google maps took us to the wrong entrance using the street address. Normally not a problem, but the area is full of one-ways and a lot of traffic. It is a busy area so finding the correct entrance was frustrating. The noise of the surrounding area also means that you need to keep the windows shut and a fan would have been useful.

Convenient access to the city, conference centre and restaurants/shops

No air con or fan during hot spells. Lot of road noise, recognising it’s on a main road

The location was fabulous for going to the stadium, very clean, bed very comfortable and great shower.

No aircon or fan, and traffic very noisy. If we could possibly closed the windows it would have helped with noise level while sleeping but it was too hot.

Good location and very helpful staff at complex, Nice apartment and furnishings.

A fan would have been good. Load shedding was a problem. There was a single emergency light which was not charged. The noise from the road was very loud but had to keep windows open as it was hot. Would be good to fix little things like one of the lights in the bathroom

Location was great! Parking was safe (and on cape town standards, larger) Great bed and sizable unit when compared. If you are attending an event at the Stadium, this is a must choose option.

Apartment was a little warm and struggled to ventilate. The fan was a welcome addition though. A bit pricey when compared (but I guess the location still makes up for it)

Great location. Easy to walk to V&A waterfront and restaurants. Also restaurants and bars 2 mins from apartment.Easy Uber ride to Table Mountain and Bo Kaap. Secure parking for car.

No alternative power source during load shedding.
