Insonorisation with top floor could be a bit better.

פופי הבעלים קיבל אותנו בשמחה רבה ועזר לנו עם המזוודות. הדירה מדהימה, מרווחת ומרוהטת קומפלט, החדרים נוחים, הנוף עוצר נשימה והמיקום מושלם! כ 5 דקות נסיעה מאיזור המסעדות. המקום שקט מאוד ובלילה יש אוויר נעים ואפשר להירדם במרפסת.

Emplacement parfait au dessus de la plage de Myrthos. Vue magnifique, logement propre, moderne et confortable. Juste parfait!

Nice apartmant. Very nice view. Few minutes by car from Myrtos Beach, Most gorgeous beach i every saw.

Unfortunately the dishwasher didn't work.

Spectacular location!

Door handle was broken entering the flat and the water did not warm up the last 24 hrs.

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday apartment. The location is ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just 12 minutes from Agia Effimia and close to all the essentials. The views over Mirtos Bay are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset (even though the actual bay isn’t visible, the scenery is still breathtaking). The apartment itself was perfect for our family. It’s spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed, and air-conditioned throughout, which was a real bonus. The bathroom and shower were also excellent—modern, clean, and very comfortable to use, which made a big difference during our stay. The pool was another highlight—just the right size, never crowded, and it shares the same beautiful view as the house patio. After a day of exploring the island, it was always a pleasure to return to such a relaxing and comfortable space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The only small downside was that towel and sheet changes were only scheduled for stays longer than a week. We stayed for less than that, so there was no linen change during our time—but to be fair, there were plenty of towels provided and it ended up being more than sufficient.

The view is fascinating, the apartments are very clean and comfortable! Sunset view is unforgettable. But the most surprising thing is the football filled under the net. Children were happy thank you so much. It was a great surprise for them. Laundry machine with a detergent and the dryer - no words, just 1 million thank you! Great day
