Poseidon Sea View Apartment

Everything I needed was there...it was a home away from home. Great location 5-10 minute walk to the stores, supermarket, bank, pharmacies, boutiques.

Hosts were so helpful and friendly, perfect little apartment for a short stay with a stunning view! Would come back.

Loved the atmosphere of the place, with the wood and skylights.

A little small but fine for 2 people. Bit a hill, might be a problem for some.

Very clean with a great view and very central

Host was brilliant, met us late at night to let us in, helped us with our bags and provided us with a bottle of homemade wine! very friendly and a great intro to Kefalonia. We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of our holiday as it was close to the airport and gave us the chance to explore the area before we began the drive to the North of the island. It was perfect for what we needed.

Nothing! Although good to note that there are quite a few stairs up to the apartment so wouldn’t suit anyone who struggled with stairs.

The apartment was in a great location as it was only a couple of minutes from the shops in Argostoli. It was clean and welcoming and the free wine and water were lovely, as was Mr Spiros. The owner had left bathroom toiletries which was thoughtful and they allowed us a later check out, which again was very appreciated. The owner had thoughtfully got the single bed in the living room ready for my daughter and was on hand on the telephone. Mr Spiros is such a warm and welcoming guy who greets you with your keys, but have your questions ready as he needs to use a translation app and some questions in English to Greek weren't translating. But we were tired after a long day and if it was essential, Angela was only a phone call away. The kitchen was well appointed, with handy things like a panini press for a quick snack. I would recommend the apartment, as a nice, modern apartment.

I have an injured foot and this part of Argostoli is on quite a steep hill, to the point the taxi driver dropped us off several streets away. This gives fabulous views from the balcony, the apartment is up I think 5 small flights of stairs, which anyone with mobility issues may struggle with. The stairs were spotlessly clean, and where possible there were handrails for walking down but there were 2 points where there was nothing for me to hold onto, but thats probably due to the building design and not the owners fault. The bath was quite small with a sloped roof, so my 6 ft 5 brothers would struggle in it, but thats due to it being in the roof of the building as such.
