Cuna House

Higiene deficient, ple de pels de gossos. Vam arribar a la tarda i no estaven tots els llits preparats. Les tovalloles ens deien que s’estaven assecant i ens les van donar passades les 21h, i a mes tenien taques. Quan ens van donar tots els llençols també faltaven coixineres i algun llençol estava estripat. La sortida de fums de la cuina del restaurant donava en alguna habitacio entrava tot el fum i olor de la brasa. La piscina estava molt bruta, inutilitzable. Els sofas de la zona de la piscina molt bruts i trencats. Només hi havia 1 rotllo de paper de wc per 6 persones. Si ho tinguessin tot més net i arreglat estaria molt bé, entorn molt agradable

Lieu magnifique, personnel gentil.

Piscine salle, nous ne nous sommes pas baignés du coup. Nous avions choisi ce lieu aussi pour la piscine. Mes enfants étaient déçus. Pas de wifi. Nous étions 6 il n’y avait que 2 serviettes et 4 paires de draps pour dormir. (Mes enfants ont dormi tête bêche)

Spacious, great design, beautiful area & outdoor. Airco was mostly functioning. Host was very kind to address our complaints but effectively most issues weren’t resolved at the end.

We stayed in a room situated directly above the restaurant’s BBQ area, and unfortunately, smoke smell permeated almost the entire house throughout our visit. Although the host kindly offered to have their chef prepare our BBQ, the meal was disappointingly overcooked and nearly inedible. When we raised concerns, it was returned to us barely reheated, with no real improvement. The sofa beds were quite uncomfortable for sleeping, and overall cleanliness left much to be desired—we found strands of hair scattered throughout the space. On top of that, the WiFi didn’t work during our stay, which added to the inconvenience.

Slecht bereikbaar, slecht reageren op vragen. ‘s avonds slechte verlichting buiten, parking niet afgesloten. Zelf de bagage naar boven gesjouwd om 23.00 ‘s avonds. Gastheer niet professioneel leek wel ad hoc te zijn geregeld en met eigen feestje bezig. Geen gordijnen. Niet echt schoon. Zeer basale voorzieningen. Is meer een gites ipv hotel.

La localització i l'entorn. El tracte dels amfitrions.

La manca de neteja a la cuina i les tovalloles. La manca de parament de la cuina. Les habitacions donaven a la sortida de fums de la cuina i totA feia molta olor de fum.
