The studio was lovely and light and beautifully clean. An easy, enjoyable stroll to town. The bed was super comfy!! :)

The apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable . Very easy walk into Arrowtown and great location for exploring the Wānaka area. We had to extend by a day due to weather conditions and Belinda was very accomodating . We loved this property and would highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed .

Every year we are coming to Queenstown during winter. I have booked this accommodation as I was impressed by the photos, but there are some differences between the photos , description and reality. Firstly, I was attracted by the swimming pool in the first row of the description. Then I saw the fireplace in the photos, then aircon in the description.  Because we came during winter for skiing, the swimming pool was a big sale point for us. But quickly disappointment appeared because we were told that the pool is very cold and is not recommended After a long drive, we have arrived late in the evening and we were hoping to come to a nice warm place as it was freezing outside, but we were welcomed by a cold house with a big plastic “Welcome” sign on the table. Would’ve been nice from the owners to leave the heating on even on the lowest setting, considering the big house and very high ceiling. The aircon is located only in the living area and in the bedroom the heating options are a column heater and a heated mattress, which works fine but it takes hours to heat up the very large area. The bathroom is absolutely freezing and it’s quite challenging to have a nice relaxing shower in winter. The fireplace in the photos is just for the photos because it cannot be used due to local regulations. Also there is no leather armchair like in the photos. There were no blankets in the living room as in the photos, just two small pillows. The house is lacking small welcoming touches. We had not been given garbage bags for the bathroom bin and I have attached a picture with that and in the kitchen was only the one in the bin not even a spare garbage bag. Not a single one to be replaced for our 4 nights stay. Also would’ve been nice to find some paper serviettes or napkins in the kitchen . For the towels we got only 2 big, 2 small and 1 hand towel. By mistake I dropped mine in the shower so there was no replacement.
