"Lovely apartment surround by various restaurants and coffee shops"

The small apartment has a large wonderfull terrace and was <5 min walking distance to a superb supermarket with extensive array of uncooked and ready-made meals incl a wine shop and bakery. Centrally located.

No stove/oven but a microwave.

Great place, the owner of the property is always there and helps the tenants, he guides everyone on how to drive and what to do, a very humane and nice man. I highly recommend this place, I was in another place, I decided to lose the money and preferred to be in this place, your rating is million. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Superbe accueil de Stephan et André, très chaleureux et plein d'humour, et en français ! Très jolis appartements, bien équipés, spacieux et très confortables. Localisation en plein centre de Cape Town à qq minutes à pied de Waterkant et Bo-Kaap, et une vingtaine de minutes de V&A Waterfront, très pratique. Quartier parfaitement secure, on peut s'y balader à pied en toute tranquillité !
