Dear Visitor, this region is currently experiencing drought conditions. Please be aware that certain properties are subject to comply with local water usage restrictions. A damage deposit of ZAR 2000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Copy of passport for each guest. If booking is 28 days or more: copy of visa for all guests. No third party bookings: person making and paying for the booking must be the main guest. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Guests must inform the property of their estimated time of arrival. Please note that housekeeping is included once a week for stays of 8 days or more. For discounted monthly stays, 1 clean every 10 days is included. A limited amount of toiletries and cleaning products are provided on arrival only. Completed and signed guest registration and credit/debit card authorisation document: card must be in name of main guest. We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card. Managed by a private host
