Always-Power De Waterkant Mountain View Apartment

The stay was amazing. Everything looked like the photos. Very clean and comfortable

I didn't like the check out process. I could not reach the host for proper check out process even though I reached out twice two days in a rowe.

O apartamento é lindo, muito bem equipado, confortável, limpo e com uma vista incrível da Table Mountain. Tem estacionamento, o que facilita muito. Bons restaurantes e um mercado excelente ao redor. O prédio é seguro e a equipe de concierges é muito atenciosa! A pessoa que nos recebeu no apartamento foi muito gentil e prestativa e eles tem um caderno com sugestões do que fazer e também todas as informações para a nossa estadia. Tudo muito organizado.

O processo de check-in foi um pouco complexo no nosso caso, que precisávamos de estacionamento. É uma região complicada de estacionar e a comunicação foi um pouco falha ao explicar tudo. No check-out, tivemos ajuda do pessoal da portaria, senão seria outro transtorno - de sair com o carro, estacionar e só depois fazer a entrega dos cartões de acesso. Falta explicar melhor.

Excellent location and safe apartment with spectacular view of table mountain

I liked the location of the property and the view of the mountain and the city from the property. The amenities were decent and there was good security.

I was not aware that the property does not allow day visitors which was something very new to me and I have never experiences it in all the times that I have booked apartments in the country. During the booking process it was not clearly stated that this was the condition and I don't think anyone would even think of this as to me it a a bit bizarre. To make matters worse the name of the wifi and the apartment was "I'll be watching you"! I found this creepy and quite inappropriate. I am not sure if the host was trying to be funny, but I did not find this funny at all. I certainly would not recommend this property to anyone who wishes for comfort and flexibility.
