Slightly annoying bright blue light coming off the airconditioner unit which if you’re used to sleeping in a completely dark room takes some getting used to

We loved everything about the apartment. It was so clean and comfortable. It was like home away from home. The apartment is positioned such that we could have table mountain view when we looked outside the window - we enjoyed that. It's location is so convinient such that it was easy to access the activity sites, entertainment spots and shops. I give it full marks. Just keep it up and maintain the high quality hospitality. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

Freezing cold, needs a blanket on the bed, not just a thin summer-weight throw. BYOBlanket? No prior warning about the construction directly outside with the long arm of a massive yellow crane 5 meters from the window blocking the views. Some minor construction noise and a sense of lack of privacy. THE LIFTS DON’T WORK. Ever. Trapped on the 12th and 13th floors for 15 minutes at a time, four days out of five, multiple times a day. Keycard did not give access to the stairwell so out of the question to do the 24 flights of stairs. A death trap. According to a resident, has been like this for two years now. This is the the single most important reason I will never stay here again.
