We loved everything about this place, it was exactly as it is photographed. Kudos to the host for the clear instructions on how to obtain the keys and for the outline of the general rules. The place was clean and very comfortable.

The communication on when one will receive their deposit back could be better, I had to send messages inquiring about the status of my deposit 2 weeks after our stay.

The view from the apartment was very lovely. We enjoyed the area and it is a quick ride to the waterfront, city center and Seapoint.

One of the showers in the accommodation was under construction and we only found out on the day of checking in. It made it difficult during the stay.

The apartment is spacious and modern.

I booked the apartment on the basis that somebody would be present to hand over the key to me and to explain me how the facilities work. Right up to the time that I departed to travel to the premises, I was under the impression that this would occur; only to then be told that I would have to pick the keys up at security in the building and nobody would show me the flat. This is totally unacceptable.

The apartment had everything that you would need for a holiday in Capetown. It enabled us to eat out or just stay in and relax. The view of Table Mountain and the City was stunning. Secure parking.

The only thing I would suggest was instructions for the appliances.
