"Completely deceptive, different location, hidden costs and different room."

The location on booking.com was not the location where I ended up staying - I had to walk over 1km from the location listed on the website to the actual place that was booked. Also they charged a R300 late keys pickup fee which wasn't listed and a R1,00 deposit which wasn't listed. Also the pictures are not the place where I ended up staying..

The location was close to everything and it was peace and quiet..

The setup of the house... Toilets was by the kitchen, not in the room. Heater's will be great during winter time, bed's was hard not comfortable at all...

good location and very clean

it was freezing and no heater provided. my requests for one were not even replied to. the neighbours (other tenants) we’re noisy at 2am. every evening.
