location and clean

wow! that's a loaded question. an hour before we were supposed to check in we got a text saying that the place was no longer available and they found us a king size bed elsewhere. what they failed to tell us was we had to share a bathroom in Sherry kitchen with others. there was no view. we texted them back telling them that it was unacceptable and we heard nothing. so we were stuck in a multi-family apartment in a teeny room and had to share a bathroom which had no toilet paper in it. by the way and you couldn't flush the toilet paper. very unprofessional and absolute disgrace to booking.com
