when I arrived I realized that the kitchen pipes were leaking, I let the owner know and he said that he was sending maintenance, maintenance didn’t come. He then asked if they could come the next day I said yes as I’m going to work, and asked if he could please get maintenance to come in the time I’m at the office. I was very upset when maintenance had to come and attend to a broken pipe whilst I was there! unacceptable! they couldn’t fix the issue so I was unable to use the kitchen sink the entire time I was there, and had to use the bathroom, very inconvenient! also, the place had a rotten smell coming from the washing machine area, very unpleasant, and the window had a sign that said do not open, so I was unable to open it.

not clean bedding or towels during my 2 week stay management effort to clean room and provide clean bedding and towels was not satisfactory
