The hostess Cathy was very pleasant and most helpful. The location was perfect, close to the Waterfront, and it's attractions and restaurants.

Excessive power outages and no generator or inverter!

Flawless support during check in and check out. I often stay in this pat of Cape Town and the flat has an excellent location opposite the pool and gym and a few steps from the walk to the shops. Some flats near have up down and around the bend ways to access the walkway. No such issues here wonderful as I go to the shops/bars every day.

Nothing ...only load shedding is an issue and its not viable for such properties to have generators so its not a complaint at all. It may be worth getting a small 2/4 hour UPS for the wifi and router (get an all in one wifi router to save energy. That way the wifi and internet will stay up during the load shedding periods.
