A Modern unit, self checkin, restaurants and shops below

The location is amazing, everything from shops to restaurants to even a massage parlor is downstairs so very convenient. I liked that the check in and check our process was very detailed and communicated to us via various ways. They even send you a YouTube video showing you how to check in. Apartment was cleaned very well before we got there. Owner came out almost immediately when we had a small issue with the power/inverter.

Every single drawer was full with bedding,equipment etc which left us living out of our suitcases the entire time, the room is very small and the bed takes up most of this small room so you can imagine home difficult it was walking around with suitcases lying open on the floor. Blackout curtains would be a huge advantage as the sun strikes directly through the blinds and onto the bed. Bed is positioned against wall and cannot be changed around so sunlight is directly on your face from 5:30 in the morning. Bathroom is super dull. And worst of all there is just the 1 mirror in the bathroom, a long mirror would be an advantage as once the bathroom gets steamy you cannot even see in the mirror. I used the mirror of the microwave to do my make up during our stay. Balcony doesn't stay clean for even 1 day as the birds mess all over including the table so you cannot even sit on the balcony and have breakfast. The noise from the stores and restaurants downstairs each morning of the staff shouting, rolling the bins across etc just did not make it as serene and comfortable as we were hoping. Like I said very convenient place to stay if you dont feel like leaving the complex for a few days, but not if you're looking for some peace and quiet unfortunately you won't find it here.
