This property was very untidy and there was cockroaches

Location was very nice and quiet. Close to fast food restaurants as well as a grocery store.

Apartment is clean

No ventilation in the toilet due to how it is build

Lots of kitchen tools that we appreciated.

The gym was quite inadequate to be described as a gym. In the property marketing, it isn't quite fair to say there is a gym on the property. All the equiptment was either broken or parts were missing. We wish there a description that the apartment lacked AC. Most days it was not an issue but we came into the apartment and searched for two hours for a way to turn on the AC (which did not exist). The showers can very easily flood the entire bathrooms (especially the one that doesn't even have a curtain). It became such an issue that we almost flooded the entire kitchen as well. Both bathrooms need to have shower doors and preferably, both showers need to have a bigger "step in barrier" so as to avoid flooding the entire bathroom with an inch of water.

The location of the apartment was great and it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The safety was great and the management staff were willing to get what we needed.

We had requested daily cleaning and it was never properly arranged. We should've booked a bigger place for 2 adults and 2 kids but it would've been fine if cleaning was more consistent. We kept requesting cleaning and it was always a "maybe" then "sorry no". I think ur apartment was semi-cleaned twice in a week stay.
