Great location for Observatory - very central. Only advice would be to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Other wise a great stay, thank you!

Very clean and comfortable everything is available for self catering, very welcoming staff! WIFI works well which was very good for us. Gym facility as well

The beds were the most comfortable ones we have ever slept in away from home! Great pillows too. The flat had everything we needed (with the exception of two pin adapters which we purchased and left for the next visitors in 710). The cleaning service worked very well and the staff were friendly and helpful. The 24 hour security desk was wonderful with friendly and super helpful staff. We made use of Mr D for some evening meals and delivery to the front desk made it so convenient for us. The fact that the building has a generator that powered the lifts during loadshedding was a huge bonus for us with two small kids and pram. Excellent cupboard space in both rooms. As mentioned, the location is super for ease of access to everywhere.

One can't beat the location in terms of access to everywhere, including the Southern suburbs, Northern burbs, the city as well as access to the N1, N2 and M5. The area itself is a bit loud (which is to be expected being on main road) and some of the other occupants are students who enjoy talking, listening to music and smoking until the wee hours. The smell of cigarettes in our flat was overwhelming at times. Addition of aircon would be a huge improvement as it gets very hot inside in the evenings.
