Lazy Days Apartments - Cape Town

It was close to where we needed to be.

The shower water runs out super slow so you end up standing in a pool of water the whole time. We didn’t have hot water the night and morning. Jill came and it was sorted eventually but the excuses and then her being a volunteer and she is “not there” really was inconsequential to us and didn’t help remedy the situation or our moods after a ice cold shower on a cold morning! We forgot some drinks and our water bottle in the fridge. When on the road - not even an hour later- I sent a message to Jill, saying we forgot to empty the fridge but will arrange for our son to collect it as he stays close by, we were told the cleaner takes everything that is left but the water bottle is with her. This was just the cherry on the cake for us. We would have appreciated a message saying we left stuff in the fridge and given us the opportunity to decide, this would have been the correct way of doing it.

Located in very nice /safe area

Great place to stay in Cape Town, short walk to the beach, all amenities in close proximity, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Clean and tidy apartment.
