The cable for tv was not working and the wifi was not working, we got bored at night we had to buy a mini speaker just to listen to some music. Tv needs to be upgraded to smart tv..

Location was easy to find, check in was very easy, and they reached in time to give us keys The place is next to the beach Next to the tour bus stop

Communication was poor wifi was not connecting until the date that we checked out We tried to call and WhatsApp but no solution The bed next to the sea view was not comfortable even with the other room was very low. The kitchen unit need to be fixed it has a leakage under the basin which causes a bad smelling,on arrival there was a small cockroach that was inside the unit The shower needs a shower door to prevent water from getting into the toilet side while bathing The door and the burgler was difficult to lock and unlock ,, need to be fixed

The location is to die for, central and accessible to exceptional restaurants

Needs some deep cleaning, mould on main bedroom window, curtains dirty and dusty. No door at shower you need to mop the floor after every shower. Beds not comfortable at all. Lots of work needs to be done in this property

Place was good as it was a centre of lot of locations and travelling to destinations was easier.

The lights and fans in the room were out of order. Wifi was not working. As per the descriptions there was free wifi but there was no free wifi. The bathroom was filled with water after a shower as there were no doors to the shower room and there was no proper drainage to water. And we found a dirty used towel in the cupboard in the bathroom which was left uncleaned. The bathroom drain slope is towards the hall hence water gets filled in the bathroom. We never saw the proper manager of the hotel as we stayed for a week.
