The property is an amazing location and has beautiful views across the valley. We loved exploring Capileira and loved the rural, rustic feel of the village. The property had everything we needed and we felt so comfortable there. The hosts were communicative throughout our stay. Thank you!

La casa es muy acogedora y coqueta, perfecta para unos días de desconexión. Está exquisitamente decorada y cuidada y sus vistas son un espectáculo. El silencio y la temperatura son maravillosos y está equipada con todo detalle. Sus anfitriones fueron muy amables, resolviendo cualquier duda que surgiera en el momento y hasta nos dejaron unos detalles de bienvenida.

El pueblo de Capileira es una fantasía, pero para llegar a la casa el camino es a pie y bastante largo, por lo que recomiendo no llevar maletas, sino alguna mochila, ya que se hace muy difícil llevar algo con ruedas por las calles preciosas del pueblo y hay que caminar unos 15 minutos con el equipaje a cuestas.

Skøn lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt over bjergene. Meget hyggelig indretning og gode faciliteter. Godt udgangspunkt for kortere og længere vandreture fra lejligheden. Vi kommer gerne tilbage og anbefaler på det varmeste El Ricon.

The house itself- Moorish traditional architectural style (from Alpujarra) refurbished with a modern fusion design, with all modern life commodities. Beautiful and peaceful views opposite the Barranco del Poqueira. Perfect base for hiking all routes from Capileira, and connecting with the mini bus to Mulhacén peak. Best place for a romantic escapade or total disconnection in the mountains. Administrators very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the best location for the weak-hearted people, disabled or with mobility issues. You need to be aware that it’s going to be up and down very steep streets whenever you need to buy groceries or eating at the Plaza de la Iglesia or taking the coach. I wish to be honest with fellow travellers as I am disabled myself.

The style, comfort, facilities and the position. Pretty much everything.

There isn't much to dislike.

Great place to enjoy a three night Christmas break. Peace and quiet at the bottom part of the village. Had everything we needed to self cater and was very comfortable.

Nothing really although the location dictates a fair bit of walking up and down to the main part of the village. This didn’t put us off and I was aware of this before I booked.

A beautifully located holiday apartment on the edge of the beautiful "Bueblo Blanco Capeliera" with a clear view of the valley. The apartment offers all modern amenities. The landlords are very friendly, uncomplicated and respond promptly to any questions.

We paid for the whole house but get only one bedroom and the other room was locked. Please be ware that the house is hard to access, we recommend you to take ONLY what you need for your stay.

Getting to the place is quite a hike downhill, but what a wonderful hike it is. It's a typical Spanish white village at its best, with beautiful houses, porches, terraces, winding alleyways, and flower arrangements everywhere. The apartment is small but cozy, and has everything you need, including a very well-equipped kitchen. The bed is very comfy. The place has a really good vibe and is well decorated and furnished.

The walls are quite thin and at times I could actually hear what the neighbors were saying. The terrace is very small. It's lovely, but it fits one person comfortably. The internet was a bit unreliable, but that's normal for this part of Spain. (Also, I wasn't there for the internet.)
