Lage zentral, alles nötige vorhanden und sauber. Netter Vermieter

Fehlendes Ambiente, eher ungemütlich. Die ganze Straße war eine Baustelle, wofür der Vermieter nichts kann. Hätte man aber vorab erwähnen können
