The Marrakech Style Loft Apartment

The lady came and met us was very punctual and friendly. She very quickly responded to any messages too.

The apartment, and everything in it, was disgustingly dirty. Most of the facilities were unusable. The 2nd night my wife, baby and I had to sleep on the sofa bed due to the bed being so uncomfortable and falling to bits. This meant that we were at the front of the apartment and did not sleep at all due to the trains and the workers which carried on throughout the whole night keeping us awake and also waking the baby up constantly. There was hair clippings all over the mirror in the bathroom, the bath/shower were very dirty and due to the sloping ceiling, wrong shower head holder and half shower screen were unusable. There were nail clippings all over the carpet around the sofa, also a dirty tissue and empty can at the back. There wasn't a single thing that we found in the apartment that was in an acceptable condition. This was our first family trip away with our 6 month old baby and we were quite upset with the accommodation, it was no where near what we expected, or acceptable for the price we had payed.

Plenty of space.

Very run-down. Poor condition throughout. The appearance didn’t match the Booking.Com website photos. The worst aspect was the state of the bathroom. Everything was old, chipped, peeling and dilapidated.

The in charge are extremely friendly, approachable and considerate, and always at your service. When you need something, she will help you immediately.  The apartment is very neat and clean. Every corner is well-prepared for your daily necessities. The surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet,very lucky to find this apartment it is the best for a short stay.

The property was just what we needed for a stopover. The lovely lady who greeted us was particularly welcoming, friendly and warm. She even found me a bottle opener when we realised there wasn’t one.

We were running late because of hours of delays on M6 and I was getting a bit stressed out because of the high late check-in cost. I kept the property informed of the delays but it was clearly not going to affect incurring the charge. Luckily we made it on time!

This was not a loft (high ceilings, big windows)!!! This was an attic. With very bad internet connection. It was not Marrakech style. There were only some souvenirs, perhaps from Marrakech, in a very old British interior. That doesn’t make a Marakech style. The attic was poorly maintained. I don’t like to be deceived.
