La uvicacion.que está muy bien.

El sofá cama es incomodísimo ,dicho por lo que durmieron en el .la pared de la esquina del baño con el salón no estaba muy limpia y el balcón es un peligro la barandilla se mueve está como para que te dé un mareo.esras casas necesitan un mantenimiento.

Muy céntrico y renovado recientemente menos la cocina, calle céntrica pero nada de ruido por la noche.

Para un apartamento nuevo, la cocina es muy vieja, el frigorífico con muchos años y perdía temperatura con lo que empezaba a pitar en plena noche (primera planta). Sobre la limpieza tengo que indicar que brilla por su ausencia, paredes con manchas, ducha con moho, una pena porque por lo demás está muy bien
