La distribución de la casa. Es muy cómoda para 6 personas. Otra gran ventaja es poder disponer de plaza de aparcamiento justo al lado.

"Gran opción para visitar Cartagena por ubicación y relación calidad-precio"

La ubicación es perfecta para la actividad que queríamos realizar (bucear), pero está también muy cerca del centro neurálgico de Cartagena y permite disfrutar de la ciudad sin tener que coger el coche

La puerta del portal no cerraba bien y a veces se quedaba abierta, lo que genera cierto grado de inseguridad. No es culpa del anfitrión, obviamente, simplemente es un punto de mejora.

El piso es precioso y muy bien equipado en la cocina, los baños.. Muy céntrica la localización y lo del garaje es un plus.

La única pega es que nos pilló una ola de calor y echamos mucho de menos que no tuviera aire acondicionado. Las habitaciones tienen todas ventiladores de techo, menos mal!

Es muy amplio está cerca de la estación de autobuses y conecta muy bien con los buses y el centro

Por las tarde hacía bastante calor y cuando cocinabas se quedaba el olor no sé si el extractor no funciona bien y las ventanas eran bastante difíciles de abrir y aunque la estética del piso es vintage hay varias puertas que parece que necesitan ser cambiadas

"Great spacious apartment, perfect location"

Located in a perfect position to access everything that Cartegna has to offer. Once parked in the allocated parking space very close to the apartment, we left the car parked and walked everywhere as it was never more than a few minutes walk to anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and our stay in Cartagena

The location of the property is superb and excellent value for money. Lovely clean bedding & towels

It’s on the 3rd floor with no lift so some travellers may find this a problem
