The flat was comfy & clean. Comfortable double bed. Christine was very friendly & helpful on the 'phone.

Access & access instructions need looking at. As it stands now you are lead to believe you have to pick up keys from 119 The Esplanade & then go round the block to the rear of the property to enter in Crescent Street. Lots of food & recycling bins at base of staircase, not too good to look at or pass to get to the accommodation. They need disguising in a cupboard some how

Location was lovely

Clean, comfortable well equipped flat close to the seafront. Would definitely book again. Tea bags , coffee, sugar etc we're all provided

No breakfast although hadn't expected one Location of flat very good. Sofa comfortable Kitchen very well equipped although not really required or used. Note # below we would / will return in a couple of years having enjoyed our stay

More difficult to find than I'd expected. Reference to Ground floor door number would have made it slightly easier Lock box containing keys unidentified Lockbox number changed during the day after we left our home. It was by chance that i looked at my emails during the journey. Suggested car parking locations worse, a further distance, than the one use. Front door latch stuck on several occasions Nice to have had some some info on the local facilities, things to do, boiler timer requires adjustment disappointing that one of the car parking spaces in front of the flat couldn't be used with agreement # nice to have had some simpler wine glasses / glasses generally

The location was perfect for the beach and a short walk to the town (about 15 minutes) The flat had everything we needed for cooking and the rooms were bright and airy. The overall decoration and style of the flat was beautifully done and cute little touches. The bed and the sofa were very comfortable. The bedroom was warm at night, but a big fan was provided. We had one day with heavy rain and went to the bingo Hall which is straight infront of the flat.

The lack of a parking space was annoying, however we stayed at the station overflow car park for £20 for our stay, that was only 10 minutes walk. As advertised there were 1 hour bays outside the property, so we used these to unload. The bathroom shower and bath was covered in black mould and mildew. I had to clean it before using as I have sensitive skin issues. In the listing it said toiletries were complimentary, however there were none in the large containers on the bath ( we brought our own anyway) and no washing up liquid just an empty bottle left on the side. We found that we had to wash all the items we used in the kitchen before use as many were dirty and the pans were not clean. We had to wash the bed blanket as it had a very 'funky' smell to it.

A really well looked after and designed space - it was clean and comfortable- a lovely apartment.

Absolutely lovely property! So close to the train station and a road away from the beach front. Christine was so helpful, easy to contact and recommended really great things to do in the area. The property itself is clean and has all amenities needed!
